ArticleThe personnel information system of the City Government of South Tangerang: employees keep their own records and follow their services, administrators work on exactly their part of the organisation, and every rule comes from the regulation that sets it. Led and built by me since 2023.

Civil Service HR Web App
ArticleThe Vue browser application of a civil-service personnel system: a self-service portal where employees keep their records and propose changes, and administration of a versioned organisation chart, reference data and accounts — built from a few shared definitions, not a page per record.

Administrators of a city government's personnel system must each touch only their part of it: everything, one agency, or one unit. I made the scope data — a grant is user, role and scope — checked by one rule, requested and approved by different people, and expiring on its own.

An organisation chart that changes by regulation is still master data for relational records. I keep it in SQL as a table that points at itself, with versions per agency and effective dates, read it with one query and recursive CTEs, and leave drawing it to the interface.

Signing Platform Web App
ArticleThe Vue browser application of a document-signing platform: sessions held in memory and renewed by one queued refresh, PKCE sign-in, stamps placed precisely on PDF pages, identity checks with a face challenge, client consent, and role-based administration.

Feature-Based Frontend Architecture is one of the architectures I use: the shape I give Vue web interfaces — one folder per feature, shared code in a few global folders by kind, data flowing one way through stores and services to one HTTP client, and my own design system pinned by version.

ArticleThe digital signature platform of the City Government of South Tangerang: signers prove who they are, sign PDFs to PAdES B-LTA with certificates from the platform's own authorities, and anyone can verify the result — version 2, which I designed, built and operate.

Each project began with its interface served from inside the borrowed Colab runtime, through Colab's own proxy — until Colab warned against it. Moving the interface out made the runtime a pure worker, and left two codebases held together by nothing but an agreement.
